Sales Representative - Immediate Availability
An exciting opportunity for a driven individual to earn a top level salary and expand their professional profile by interacting with new and existing customers. With a vast number of potential prospects to work with and a wide array of services to promote, the opportunities are limitless.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate a driven, focused and energetic attitude and must possess the ability to identify and overcome obstacles in the sales process. This person will act as the on-going primary point of contact for their customers and will continue to drive internal sales efforts by working with our clients to continuously overcome new challenges with our proven business and technology solutions and services.
Atlas North will assist in generating leads for you, but you will be primarily responsible for securing new business and points of contact independently through e-mail campaigns, phone calls, on site visits and customer referrals.
Responsibilities:
• To establish new business relations and drive sales efforts.
• Respond to leads and customer inquires in a timely fashion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Develop an analysis of the customers needs based on the initial contact and create a plan of action to provide the best service and solutions for that customer.
• Follow up and pursue the close of the sale independently.
• Be involved with all aspects of the customer and maintain dialogue.
• Sales representatives will receive a variable commission on new projects and sales for the first two years as well as a base salary.
Requirements:
• Ideal candidate should have 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent salesmanship skills and the ability to close sales.
A perfect opportunity for the programmer looking to break into the industry and grow their skills. An ideal candidate must have and be able to demonstrate experience in developing database driven applications and must be able to multi-task. Applicants must be willing to work in a team environment and be able to coordinate their efforts with others.
Experience with SQL, MYSQL, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, PHP, or JavaScript will greatly improve your standings. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to complete projects within set deadlines.
This position does require a basic understanding of business logic and flow with an emphasis on problem solving skills. Flexibility and the ability to be resourceful in design & development are a big plus.
Responsibilities:
• Will work on projects to develop custom software for our small to medium sized business customers.
• Develop databases in SQL Server or MYSQL, and programming in ASP, ASP.NET, PHP and developing the front end interface for new client based applications.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months, 1 year preferred, of real world programming experience with development in SQL, ASP.NET, ASP, PHP or JAVA.
• Technical certifications such as MCSD are a plus but not required.
